How to download an Adobe invoice

Sign in at account.adobe.com, open Orders and invoices (billing history), and download the invoice for the payment. Teams plans: Admin Console, Account, Billing history.

Step by step

1. Sign in at account.adobe.com with the Adobe ID that pays for the plan.
2. Open your billing history (Orders and invoices). Choose View all invoices to see every purchase; Adobe keeps up to three years.
3. Find the payment, or search by order number, and download the invoice PDF.
4. Creative Cloud for teams: the primary administrator opens the Admin Console, then Account, then Billing history, and downloads the invoice there.

Things that trip people up

• Adobe sends receipts as proof of payment, but a receipt is not a tax invoice. Your accountant needs the invoice from billing history.
• An invoice can take up to 24 hours to appear after the payment.
• If you bought through a reseller, the invoice comes from the reseller, not from Adobe.
