How to download your Shopify bills

In your Shopify admin, open Settings, then Billing. Open a bill under Past bills and download it.

Step by step

1. Sign in to the Shopify admin as the store owner or a staff member with billing permission.
2. Open Settings and choose Billing.
3. Under Past bills, pick the time frame and open the bill you need.
4. Download the bill for your records.

Things that trip people up

• Your Shopify bill includes your subscription and the apps you pay through Shopify, so app charges are on it too.
• You can export billing data for any period as CSV. Shopify emails the file to the account's address.
• Credit notes are in the same Billing area.
