In Meta's Billing & payments, open Payment activity, set the dates and press Download in the Action column. The Download menu also gives one PDF for every charge.
Step by step
- On a computer, open Billing & payments for the ad account. Downloading receipts does not work in the mobile app.
- Choose Payment activity in the left menu.
- Set the date range to the month you need.
- Press Download in the Action column for one charge, or use the Download menu for a single PDF with all transactions.
Things that trip people up
- You need full control of the ad account in a business portfolio, or admin permission in Ads Manager. Advertiser access is not enough.
- To find one charge from your card statement, search by the reference number printed on the statement.
- Accounts on monthly invoicing get monthly invoices in a separate Invoices section instead.
