How to download a Canva invoice

In Canva, open your profile menu, choose Settings, then the Orders and invoices tab, and press Download invoice next to the payment.

Step by step

Sign in to the Canva account or team that pays. Invoices belong to the account that was charged, so switch team first if you have several.
On the home page, select your profile picture to open the menu and choose Settings.
Open the Orders and invoices tab. You can search by invoice ID or filter by date.
Press Download invoice next to the payment you need.

Things that trip people up

This works for purchases on the Canva website. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the receipt comes from Apple or Google, not from Canva.
To put your company name or VAT number on the invoice, edit Billing details. Canva applies the change to past invoices too, so you can download them again with the right details.
If there is no download button, choose View invoice and print the page to PDF.
